Examples of damaged tv from : retailers, movers, or owners

Disclaimer: In rare scenarios, TV’s may arrive to residences/ properties inadvertently damaged already from manufacturer, during a property relocation or by shipper. Sometimes TV’s are cracked internally. When this occurs, this is between you (customer) and them ( manufacturer, movers, store, shipper). Additionally, a $50 fuel service and travel fee is billed to the customer when the previous mentioned scenarios occur, for we are not able to mount a damaged Hardware (TV).Additionally, in some scenarios/installations, a tv may appear to “not have “ any defects or damage after being powered on initially. However, after a few moments/hours/days, the TV may “show” signs of defects such as vertical lines, horizontal lines, cracks , and colored lines or black spots etc. In this event , this is between you( the customer (s), and the seller, shipper, manufacturer, or movers) not the installer.
